The Air National Guard is responsible for Atlantic City International Airport Air Guard Station (AGS), NH. Realign Atlantic City through the following actions:
 
Establish 18 Primary Aircraft Authorization F-16 aircraft at the 177th Fighter Wing, Atlantic City AGS.

McGuire Air Force Base

Air Mobility Command (AMC) is responsible for McGuire AFB, NJ. Realign McGuire AFB through the following actions:
 
1. Transfer the 108th Air Refueling Wing's KC-135E aircraft to the Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center (AMARC) at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ, for appropriate disposal as economically unserviceable aircraft.  The ANG is responsible for this action, in cooperation with AMC. 

2. Establish 8 Primary Aircrft Authorization KC-135R/T aircraft at the 108th Air Refueling Wing (ANG), McGuire AFB. The ANG is responsible for this action, in cooperation with AMC. 

3. Relocate installation management functions from Fort Dix, NJ, and Naval Air Engineering Station Lakehurst, NJ, to McGuire AFB, NJ, and establish Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst.  The Army and Navy are responsible for these moves in coordination with AMC. 

4. Relocate from the closure of Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Willow Grove, PA, all Navy and Marine Corps squadrons, their aircraft and necessary personnel, equipment and support to McGuire AFB, NJ. Relocate manpower and equipment to support intermediate maintenance workload and capacity for Tire and Wheel, non-destruction inspections, and Aviation Life Support System equipment. The Navy is responsible for these moves in cooperation with AMC. 

5. Relocate Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 775 Detachment A, to include all required personnel, equipment, and support from Cambria Regional Airport, Johnstown, PA, to McGuire AFB. The Navy is responsible for this move.
