EUL 101 Teaches Lease Program Basics

The Air Force Real Property Agency is hosting two "EUL 101" training opportunities in San Antonio for asset managers to learn how to use the Enhanced Use Lease program to unlock the value of Air Force real property assets. These training sessions are intended for Air Force employees and contractors supporting Air Force projects. Water Reclamation Facility with the City of North Las Vegas

AFRPA worked with community leaders and installation personnel to develop a much-needed water reclamation facility with the City of North Las Vegas. The project, which leveraged a 41-acre parcel of land at Nellis Air Force Base, provided a public benefit as well as a $25 million upgrade to installation fitness facilities and $16 million of reclaimed water for regional irrigation.

The EUL encompasses 3,288 acres of non-excess installation property, which will set the stage for the largest crystalline solar photovoltaic development in North America and the largest of these public-private partnerships for the Department of Defense.
