Mr. William Anderson, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force, Installations, Environment, and Logistics lays a wreath at the Lafayette Escadrille Memorial, on Armistice Day, at Marnes-La-Coquette, France. Mr. Anderson, the Air Force's top energy and environmental steward wrapped up a week-long mission to Europe, building an energy awareness consortium among key British and French Air Force and commercial aviation leaders.
