Air Reserve Personnel Center

Air Force Reserve Command is responsible for effecting the movement of the Air Reserve Personnel Center (ARPC), Denver, CO. Realign ARPC through the following actions: 

1. Realign the Air Reserve Personnel Center (Buckley Annex), CO.
(a) Relocate the Air Reserve Personnel Center to Buckley Air Force Base, CO.
(b) Relocate the Individual Mobilization Augmentee operational management functions and consolidate with the Air Force Reserve Command at Robins Air Force Base, GA.

Buckley Air Force Base

Air Force Space Command is responsible for Buckley AFB, CO. Realign Buckley through the following actions: 

1. Establish 18 Primary Aircraft Authorization F-16 aircraft at the 140th Wing (ANG). The ANG is responsible for effecting this movement. 

2. Close the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) site at Denver (Buckley Annex), CO, and relocate to the following DFAS sites: Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; Indianapolis, IN; Limestone, ME; and Rome, NY. DFAS is responsible for this move. 

3. Receive the 926th Fighter Wing Expeditionary Combat Support from New Orleans Air Reserve Station, LA. Air Force Reserve Command is responsible for effecting this movement. 

4. * Relocate the Air Reserve Personnel Center from Buckley Annex to Buckley Air Force Base, CO. AFRC is responsible for effecting this movement. 

5. * Relocate any remaining Buckley Annex tenants as appropriate and close the annex. After all tenants have relocated, AFRC is responsible for closure of the annex.

Peterson Air Force Base

Air Force Space Command is responsible for Peterson AFB, CO. Realign Peterson AFB through the following actions: 

1. Realign 121 Tejon, a leased installation in Colorado Springs, CO. Relocate all components of Counterintelligence Field Activity (CIFA) to Peterson AFB, CO. USD(I) is responsible for effecting this movement.

The US Air Force Academy is a Direct Reporting Unit. The 10th Air Base Wing is responsible for the US Air Force Academy, CO. Realign the US Air Force Academy through the following actions: 

Relocate the inpatient mission of the 10th Medical Group to Fort Carson Medical Facility, CO. Convert the 10th Medical Group into a clinic with an ambulatory surgery center.
