The Air National Guard is responsible for Charlotte/Douglas International Airport Air Guard Station (AGS), NC. Realign Charlotte/Douglas AGS through the following actions:

Establish 10 Primary Aircraft Authorization C-130H aircraft at the 145th Airlift Wing (ANG), Charlotte/Douglas International Airport AGS, NC.

Pope Air Force Base

Air Mobility Command (AMC) is responsible for Pope AFB. Realign Pope and transfer to the Army, under Fort Bragg, as Pope Army Airfield. Pope AFB will be realigned through the following actions: 

1. Establish an Air Force Airlift Group to provide unity of command of Air Force units on Pope Army Air Field, mission execution planning, and management of efficient loadout of Fort Bragg assets. AMC is responsible for this move.

2. Establish 16 Primary Aircraft Aithorization (PAA) C-130H aircraft and host an active association (AFR/active duty) (designation to be determined) at Pope Army Air Field, Fort Bragg, NC. The Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) is responsible for this move.

3. Receive the 440th Airlift Wing operations, maintenance and Expeditionary Combat Support from General Mitchell ARS, WI. The AFRC is responsible for this move.

4. Disestablish the 43d Medical Group and establish a medical squadron.
 
5. Distribute C-130 aircraft assigned to the 43d Airlift Wing to meet the PAA requirements established by the Base Closure and Realignment recommendations of the Secretary of Defense, as amended by the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission. AMC is responsible for this move.

6. Distribute the 36 A-10 aircraft assigned to the 23d Fighter Group to meet the PAA requirements established by the Base Closure and Realignment recommendations of the Secretary of Defense, as amended by the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission. ACC is responsible for this move. 

7. Relocate base-level ALQ-184 intermediate maintenance from Pope AFB to Shaw AFB, SC, to establish an ALQ-184 Pod Centralized Intermediate Repair Facility. Air Combat Command (ACC) is responsible for this movement. 

8. Transfer real property accountability to the Army. 

9. Receive the HQ US Forces Command (FORSCOM) VIP Explosive Ordnance Support from the closure of Fort Gillem, GA. The Army is responsible for this move.

10. Receive HQ US Army FORSCOM and HQ US Army Reserve Command (USARC) from the closure of Fort McPherson, GA. The Army is responsible for this move.

11. Receive all mobilization processing functions from Fort Eustis, VA, Fort Jackson, SC, and Fort Lee, VA, to Fort Bragg, NC, and designate as Joint Pre-Deployment/Mobilization Site Bragg/Pope. The Army is responsible for this move.

Seymour Johnson Air Force Base

Air Combat Command is responsible for Seymour Johnson AFB. Realign Seymour-Johnson AFB through the following actions:
 
1. Establish an F-100 Engine Centralized Intermediate Repair Facility at Seymour Johnson AFB. Receive base-level F-100 engine intermediate maintenance from Langley AFB, VA. 

2. Establish 16 KC-135R/T aircraft at the 916th Air Refueling Wing (AFR), Seymour-Johnson AFB, NC. Air Force Reserve Command is responsible for this move. 

3. * The 916th Air Refueling Wing (AFR), Seymour-Johnson AFB, NC (16 Primary Aircraft Authorization KC-135R/T), will host an active association. Air Mobility Command (AMC) will be responsible for moving AMC Active Duty personnel required for the association.
