Realign Barksdale through the following actions:

Establish 24 Primary Aircraft Authorization A-10 aircraft at the 917th Wing (AFR), Barksdale AFB. Air Force Reserve Command is responsible for this action.

Naval Air Station New Orleans Air Reserve Station

Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) is responsible for New Orleans Air Ruard Station (ARS). Realign New Orleans through the following actions:

1. Distribute the 15 A-10 aircraft assigned to the 926th Fighter Wing (AFR), NAS New Orleans ARS, to meet the PAA requirements established by the Base Closure and Realignment recommendations of the Secretary of Defense, as amended by the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission.

2. * Relocate 926th Fighter Wing's Expeditionary Combat Support to Buckley AFB, CO. The AFRC is responsible for this movement.

3. Establish 18 Primary Aircraft Authorization F-15 aircraft at the 159th Fighter Wing (ANG), New Orleans ARS, LA. The Air National Guard is responsible for this movement.

4. Relocate the 926th Fighter Wing's HQ element to Nellis AFB, NV. The AFRC is responsible for this movement.

5. Relocate the 214th Engineering Installation Squadron (ANG), a geographically separated unit at Jackson Barracks, Louisiana, onto available facilities at New Orleans. The Air National Guard is responsible for this movement.

6. Establish an F-100 Engine Centralized Intermediate Repair Facility at New Orleans Air Reserve Station. Receive base-level F-100 engine intermediate maintenance from Tyndall AFB, FL, and Jacksonville AGS, FL. The Air National Guard is responsible for this action.
