Forbes Field Air Guard Station

The Air National Guard is responsible for Forbes Field air Guard Station (AGS). Realign Forbes through the following actions:

1. Transfer the 190th KC-135E aircraft to the Aerospace Maintanence and Regeneration Center at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ, for appropriate disposal as economically unserviceable aircraft.

2. Establish 12 Primary Aircraft Authorization KC-135R/T aircraft at the 190th Air Refueling Wing, Forbes Field AGS, KS.

McConnell Air Force Base

Air Mobility Command is responsible for McConnell AFB, KS. Realign McConnell AFB through the following actions:

1. Distribute the KC-135R/T assigned to the 184th Air Refueling Wing (ANG), McConnell AFB to meet the Primary Aircraft Authorizations (PAA) requirements established by the Base Closure and Realignment recommendations of the Secretary of Defense, as amended by the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission. ANG is responsible for this movement.

2. Establish 48 PAA KC-135R/T aircraft at the 22d Air Refueling Wing, McConnell Air Force Base, KS.

3. * Receive the Standard Air Munitions Package (STAMP)/Standard Tank, Rack, Adaptor, and Pylon Packages (STRAPP) function from Lackland AFB, Medina Annex at McConnell AFB, KS and transfer the mission to the ANG. Air Force Material Command is responsible for this movement.
