Air Force Secretary signs memorandum to improve F100, F110 turbine engines
Secretary of the Air Force Michael Wynne (seated) was on hand at Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., May 22 to sign a memorandum of agreement between the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and Air Force Materiel Command that will enhance F100 and F110 turbine engines.
